In the immediate vicinity of a revitalized industrial site, the former cotton and cellulose spinning mill “W. Dilthey & Co.”, mainly industrial areas with a size of 2,500 to 10,000 m² for medium-sized companies are to be developed on Käthe-Höffkes-Straße.
